2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you access the site, STRATO processes technically necessary connection data, including your IP address, access time, requested file, referrer URL, browser and operating system details. The purposes are secure, reliable delivery and protection against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website. STRATO processes hosting data on our behalf under an agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Under the agreement applicable to our hosting, visitor logs are retained for no more than seven days. Other log data is deleted after a maximum of twelve months.
3. Cookies and external content
This static website does not set cookies, use local browser storage or include analytics, tracking or marketing services. Images and fonts are delivered without embedded third-party providers. WhatsApp is not loaded as a plugin. The directions link opens Google Maps as an external service only when you click. Google then receives technical access data; the provider’s privacy policy applies. No map is embedded on this website. The Instagram and Facebook links open external Meta services only when you click. The relevant provider then receives technical access data and processes it under its own responsibility in accordance with its privacy policy. No social media plugins or posts are embedded on this website.
4. Contact by phone and email
We process your contact details and enquiry content to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our interest in responding. Access is granted to responsible staff and the communication service providers used. We delete enquiries once they have been fully handled, unless statutory retention requirements or necessary protection of legal claims require otherwise.
5. Optional contact via WhatsApp
The link opens the service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. This website loads no WhatsApp content before you click. WhatsApp receives technical access data when you open the service. We use WhatsApp Business for personal advice and non-binding order enquiries handled by our staff. The purchase contract is concluded in our store. When you send a message, we process your phone number, profile information, messages and any vehicle or parts details you provide to handle your request, on the basis and for the retention period described in section 4. WhatsApp also processes data under its own responsibility; transfers to companies outside the EU are possible. Information about recipients, transfers and safeguards is available in the WhatsApp privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive data via WhatsApp. Phone and email are available as alternatives.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may withdraw any consent with effect for the future. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the Independent Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein.

7. Provision of data
Technical connection data is necessary to access the website. Providing contact details is voluntary; without necessary information, we may be unable to handle an enquiry. We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, on this website.
